Role Description
- Deliver lectures and academic sessions in Management subjects such as Finance, HR, and Marketing.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and assessment materials.
- Guide and mentor students for academic and professional development.
- Participate in departmental academic activities, seminars, workshops, and university events.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and evaluation reports.
- Support curriculum development and contribute to institutional growth.
- Conduct Admission Activities.
Qualification Requirements
- MBA is mandatory.
- UGC NET qualified or PhD in Management is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge in Finance, Human Resource, or Marketing.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience will be preferred.
Experience
- Freshers can also apply, provided they have strong communication skills and excellent subject knowledge.
