About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and passionate Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, running Meta ad campaigns, and helping us showcase beautiful weddings and events in a way that attracts new clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the company’s social media accounts
* Plan and execute a monthly content calendar.
* Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
* Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes content, wedding highlights, and promotional videos.
* Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Design graphics and creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Monitor social media performance and provide monthly insights and reports.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content ideas.
* Coordinate with the wedding planning team to capture event content and maintain a steady flow of high-quality posts.
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
* Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaigns.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
* Strong photography and videography skills are a plus.
* Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
* Ability to plan, organize, and execute content independently.
* Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance metrics.
* Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
