Job Description
The candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in FP&A management, excel in team delivery planning, and effectively lead the team to meet critical deadlines.Role Overview• Lead FP&A processes at Group level within complex organizations, or bring expertise from Asset/Wealth Management with strong understanding of financial markets.• Partner closely with Finance leaders and Directors and to own and enhance FP&A processes, delivering critical management information (MI), planning, and forecasting outputs.• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality analysis across Finance, providing timely insights and structured reporting.• Drive robust monthly forecasting, collaborating across Finance teams to achieve reliable outcomes.• Implement improvements in the quality, impact, and timeliness of plans and forecasts.• Support FP&A transformation initiatives with strong governance, controls, and enhanced functionality.• Act as a role model, demonstrating key Finance behaviors and leadership.Required Skills & Experience• Strong FP&A background, ideally within financial services.• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Power BI, Hyperion).• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, able to lead teams during critical periods.• Flexible, adaptable, and accountable for quality and delivery.• Strong communication and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
