Job Title: Pharma Sales Executive & Project Monitoring CoordinatorJob Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products while also supporting the monitoring and coordination of healthcare projects, including programs related to HIV, Cancer, NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases), and other public health initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, project coordination abilities, and excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPharmaceutical Sales
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Project Monitoring & Coordination
- Monitor ongoing healthcare projects related to HIV, Cancer, NAT, and other public health programs.
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare facilities, field teams, and project partners.
- Track project progress against planned activities and timelines.
- Collect, verify, and compile project data and reports.
- Conduct field visits to assess project implementation and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, reporting requirements, and quality standards.
- Support preparation of project monitoring reports, presentations, and documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales and project monitoring records.
- Submit regular field visit reports, sales reports, and project status updates.
- Assist management in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare projects, or public health programs freshers are also encouraged to apply .
- Experience will be an added advantage.

- Competitive salary open to discuss min-25,000 and maximum can be varied based on profile of the candidate.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
