About Orange Greens
Orange Greens is engaged in landscape development, afforestation, sports field construction, irrigation systems, waterbody restoration, and related civil works across India. We are looking for a CAD Draftsman / Design Coordinator who can work closely with the management team and assist in converting concepts, sketches, consultant drawings, and site requirements into practical execution drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Interpret architectural, landscape, irrigation, and civil drawings received from consultants.
- Prepare working drawings for site execution.
- Extract dimensions, quantities, and material requirements from drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding drawing clarifications.
- Prepare layout plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, grading plans, and as-built drawings.
- Incorporate revisions based on site conditions and management instructions.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revision history.
- Desired Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings.
- Working knowledge of landscape projects, irrigation systems, or site development works will be preferred.
- Familiarity with SketchUp and quantity estimation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently understand project requirements and convert them into workable drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Freshers with exceptional AutoCAD skills may also apply.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.Experience:2–8 years preferred. Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
