Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound support calls from parents and school representatives, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle support calls from parents and school management teams.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding services and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and patiently.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
Candidates must be fluent in:
Additional languages, such as Tamil or any other regional language will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Call Support, Customer Service, or Help Desk roles is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Comfortable speaking with parents, school administrators, and management teams.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work From Office
- Location: Race Course, Coimbatore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
