- Coordinate patient care activities across departments to ensure smooth treatment flow.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Act as a communication link between doctors, nurses, patients, and families.
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
