Campaign Setup Execution
Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram)
Execute different campaign types (conversion, lead gen, traffic, retargeting, etc.)
Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, and event mapping
Analytics Reporting
Pull and analyze performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and identify optimization opportunities
Build regular performance reports with actionable insights
Creative Briefing
Translate performance data into clear creative briefs
Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
Continuously iterate based on what’s working (hooks, formats, messaging)
Budgeting Scaling
Manage daily and monthly ad spends efficiently
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Account Management
Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues
Maintain structured ad account setup and naming conventions
Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices
Qualification
1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and data interpretation
Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
Ability to write clear, structured creative briefs
Good communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to work from the office in Greater Kailash, New Delhi (3 days/week)
Meta Certifications would be a plus point.
