Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the CEO's office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
- Handle email and inbox management, including drafting professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Prioritize tasks, anticipate the CEO's requirements, and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and other executive-level communications.
- Track deadlines, monitor ongoing projects, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage administrative operations and support the CEO in day-to-day business activities.
- Exercise sound judgment when priorities change and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Founder, Director, or other senior executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹14,545.55 - ₹52,571.78 per month
