· Maintain trackers for key programs and projects (milestones, deliverables, owners), provide status summaries, and escalate delays or resource issues to Directors.
· Organize and maintain technical and business documents (reports, presentations, supplier communications, audit evidence), ensuring version control and easy retrieval.
· Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers for scheduling, meeting coordination, and routine queries. Draft, proofread, and send professional emails, letters, and executive summaries on behalf of Directors.
· Handle sensitive business information with discretion, manage expense reports, reimbursements, and assist with office administration as needed.
· Prepare and format presentation decks, executive summaries, and monthly/weekly status reports for Director-level reviews using Excel, PowerPoint etc.,
· Assist in collating routine documentation needed for internal and external audits and support Directors in preparing responses to audit queries.
· Compile and present operational KPIs and simple data summaries in Excel (tables, charts). Work with teams to consolidate inputs for dashboards.
· Help track status of improvement initiatives and basic follow-up on assigned actions
· Attend technical and business meetings as required, take clear minutes, record action items with owners and deadlines, and track progress until closure.
· Manage Directors’ calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and prioritise appointments. Prepare meeting agendas and ensure Directors receive necessary documents in advance.
· Plan and manage travel logistics for Directors and visiting customers or suppliers, including itineraries, travel bookings, accommodation, plant tour arrangements, and pre/post-visit briefings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
