Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong background in hospitality recruitment and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while leading and mentoring a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and corporate roles.
- Lead and oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and operations teams.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring dashboards.
- Conduct recruiter training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience hiring for restaurant, hotel, café, retail, or F&B operations roles.
- Exposure to ATS/HRMS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
