Job Title: Junior Marketing Executive – Product Marketing
Location: Noida / Bengaluru / Mumbai
Reporting To: Enterprise Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager – BFSI
Extrieve Technologies is a product-led enterprise technology company focused on Workflow Automation, AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Digital Transformation solutions.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and execution-oriented marketing professional who can support product marketing initiatives while managing Extrieve’s digital presence, particularly LinkedIn.
- Support product marketing campaigns for Extrieve’s products and solutions.
- Prepare marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, product one-pagers, and customer case studies.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams for marketing initiatives.
Assist in product launches, webinars, events, and exhibitions.
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute demand generation initiatives to create qualified leads for the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead nurturing activities.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize lead generation efforts.
- Manage Extrieve’s LinkedIn Company Page.
- Create and publish engaging content, including product updates, company news, employee highlights, industry insights, and thought leadership posts.
- Develop a monthly LinkedIn content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments where required.
- Track LinkedIn performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies for SEO, Google Ads, and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and share reports with management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create marketing content for email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and website updates.
- Assist in preparing customer success stories and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product positioning and brand awareness.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 1.5 – 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing or B2B Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and brand building.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, Google Ads and marketing analytics.
