Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role involves rapid response to issues, troubleshooting on-site problems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Elegibility - Minimum 2 years work experienced in PLC programming, Trouble shooting, Ladderlogic, Servo, HMI. FRESHERS DO NOT APPLY.
Responsibilities:
1. Rapid Response and Problem Solving:
Provide swift and effective responses to PLC-related issues.
Know when to escalate problems and seek assistance when necessary.
2. Communication:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
3. Troubleshooting and Issue Analysis:
Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve PLC issues.
Provide detailed failure analysis (FA) reports for documented issues.
4. Logic and Flow Diagrams:
Create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design. Conduct simulations and testing of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages and software.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Experience in creating and reading logic and flow diagrams for program design.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with various PLC platforms and programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
Knowledge of industrial automation systems and processes.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
