About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help expand PulseLoop's client base by identifying opportunities, conducting outbound outreach, and generating qualified business leads.
This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying business opportunities that have the potential to become revenue-generating clients for PulseLoop. Project pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and final deal closure are managed exclusively by the PulseLoop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and target industries, primarily in the US market but not limited to it.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Initiate and maintain communication with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with potential clients and qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between interested clients and the PulseLoop team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
- Test different outreach approaches, messaging strategies, and target audiences.
- Share market feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent PulseLoop professionally and maintain high standards of communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation or business development for websites, software, AI solutions, automation services, or other technology services is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, social media, and other online platforms for business outreach.
- Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and responsibility.
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently and maintain organized records.

Important Information
- Fully remote position.
- Independent Contractor role (not an employment position).
- Flexible schedule with an expected availability of approximately 40-45 hours per week.
- This role focuses on generating qualified business opportunities and meetings.
- Project pricing, proposals, contracts, and final deal closure are handled by the PulseLoop team.
