Role: IT Support Engineer at Coders Brain. Responsible for managing IT support functions including asset management, employee onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, troubleshooting, helpdesk operations, audits, and documentation.
Manage procurement, inventory, insurance, allocation, deallocation/handover, courier, repair, software installation, OS installation. Manage asset allocation, asset handover, asset data management, data reset & deletion etc. Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and quality services. Manage internet ports, switches, routers, wifi, access points, LAN, WAN, VPN Tools, Printer, RFID, Biometric, CCTV & NVR devices. Familiar with any ticketing system and knows the workflow of it. Ensure smooth functioning and authenticity of every process by planning audits of every function and process of the department and providing the reports to management. Create respective reports and share it with management. Maintain proper documentation of every function and process of IT.
Proven experience as an IT Junior Support Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT best practices. In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies and industry trends.
