ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager at Ecosoch, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and oversee end-to-end project delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
- Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (X+ years)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
