About the Role:
We are looking for Medical Representatives to manage and grow field sales in North Chennai and South Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for servicing our existing base of 200+ clients, promoting our products, and identifying new business opportunities in the assigned area. This is a field sales role that requires regular travel within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and maintain relationships with our existing base of 200+ clients in the assigned area
- Promote and drive sales of company products among existing and prospective clients
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients to expand the customer base
- Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly to doctors, pharmacists, retailers, and other stakeholders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
- Negotiate orders and terms with clients to close sales effectively
- Handle client queries and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and client feedback, and submit regular reports to the reporting manager
- Stay updated on company products as well as competitor offerings in the market
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant field sales experience are also encouraged to apply
- Graduate in B.Pharm or any medical/pharmaceutical-related field preferred; BBA in Marketing also considered
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field visits
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
