Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels, with a proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive measurable business results through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to increase conversions and maximize ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Set up, manage, and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve overall account performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a performance-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
