Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & Client Support Manager to manage social media interactions, handle client chat support and ensure professional communication across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in English, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
- Handle client chat support via social media, WhatsApp, and website chat
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally in English
- Comment, reply, and engage with users on social media posts
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of chats, enquiries, and leads
- Ensure timely responses and high-quality client communication
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and scan teams
- Request, follow up, and retrieve medical scans and reports
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of scan data
- Communicate clearly with hospitals and internal teams via email and calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience managing social media accounts and client communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of lead management and CRM tools (preferred)
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet response-time targets
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Preferred
UK Shift - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
