About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Banking Trainer to train students for Banking and Competitive Examinations such as IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, SBI Clerk, RBI Assistant, RRB, Insurance, SSC, and other government recruitment exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online coaching sessions.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Banking Awareness.
- Prepare study materials, mock tests, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
- Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentoring.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their career goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Banking/Competitive Exam Coaching preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Banking and Government Exam batches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
