- Drive hands-on development and experimentation across AI/ML domains such as NLP, speech processing, deep learning, mathematical optimization, and computer vision
- Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize AI-led features and influence the product roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models—from problem scoping, data collection & labeling, and model training to deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Work with ML engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of AI solutions
- Mentor teammates on essential ML concepts (sampling, model selection, bias–variance, fairness, statistical validity, etc.)
- Explore creative ways to acquire, label, and validate data
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across HR and talent solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to customer-facing content
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and cultivate a learning-driven environment
- Collaborate on research manuscripts and publish in top ML conferences and journals
Essential:
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, core concepts, and applied statistics
- Experience in at least one key AI domain: computer vision, NLP, or speech
- 0–1 years of academic or industry experience building AI/ML models
- Proficiency in Python and ability to rapidly prototype ideas
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research and product environment

- Interest in the HR technology or talent assessment industry
