About the job:
This position is required to drive Finance and MIS Functions. This is a created position and requires dynamic and detail oriented approach and critical thinking. It also requires excellent communication.
Education:
CA Inter with 2-3 years of experience
M. Com., with 4 years of experience
Role:
Preparing MIS dashboards, Project wise profitability reports, Cost analysis reports, Projections, etc.
Focus on project profitability, identification of problems and its resolutions
Driving process automation and process excellence initiatives
Treasury initiatives – reporting and helping optimizing returns on investment in organization
Compliances – GST, FEMA
Overseeing the compliances of overseas subsidiaries
Analysis of customer and vendor contracts
Conversant with ROC compliances and related processes
Required skills:
Data driven and detail oriented
Critical thinking and problem resolution
Written and verbal English skills
Hands on in Tally or Quickbooks or both
Advance Excel skills – Excel dashboards, Pivot, Index, Slicer, etc.
Conversant in Google Sheets, Powerpoint presentations, etc.
Conversant in AI tools
