We are urgently looking for Sales Coordinators with 6 months to 1 year experience for our company who can join immediately.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience
Languages: Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi & English
Location: Jogeshwari (WEST) Mumbai
Qualification: Must be 12th & graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 40 outbound calls daily, including to doctors, clients, and field representatives across the assigned state.
- Ensure a minimum of 10–12 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, follow- ups, or confirmed interests.
- Coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactions.
- Maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platforms.
- Regularly follow up with doctors to take orders, address queries, and build lasting professional relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports including call productivity, order volumes, and coordination efforts.
- Handle sales pressure and help meet overall team targets while maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Participate in performance reviews, planning meetings, and contribute insights to improve territory performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
