Job Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze data from databases.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
- Work with senior analysts and team members to understand business requirements.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the development and maintenance of analytical reports and dashboards.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports.
- Investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Document analytical processes, reports, and data workflows.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
- Collaborate with different teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Python, preferably Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data transformation.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Basic understanding of statistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new analytics tools and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2025 and 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Internships, academic projects, certifications, or hands-on data analytics training will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong analytical and technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
