Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Meet builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners to generate sales.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of UPVC windows and doors.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in UPVC windows & doors, construction materials, building products, hardware, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UPVC profiles, accessories, and fabrication processes.
- Understanding of construction and building industry practices.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads effectively.

- Monthly sales revenue achieved.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
