About the Role
Produce authentic, user-style video and photo content for our brands — optimised to stop the scroll and
convert — feeding both paid ads and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and deliver authentic UGC to brief — unboxings, demos, lifestyle, testimonials
- Hit weekly output volume across formats and angles for ad testing
- Iterate on hooks and angles based on performance feedback from the paid team
- Stay on top of native trends per platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Must-Have Skills & Tools
- Confident phone/camera filming and on-camera presence
- Native editing skills (CapCut or similar); lighting and framing basics
- Understanding of what makes short-form content perform
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
