Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive who is willing to travel extensively for field sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting customers, promoting the company's products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events as required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
- Represent the company professionally while visiting customers and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
