Customer Success & Operations Coordinator (Hindi / English / Tamil)

Compensation: ₹15,000/month during 2-month probation + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional who can act as the communication hub of our business. This role combines customer service, sales coordination, and internal operations management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customers, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that no customer inquiry or operational task falls through the cracks.
This position is designed to gradually take ownership of several responsibilities currently handled directly by management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Communication
- Attend incoming calls from:
- IndiaMART inquiries
- Justdial inquiries
- Website/Shopify customers
- Existing customers requiring support
- Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and quotations.
- Handle customer complaints, defects, warranty claims, and return requests professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response rates.
Lead Management & Sales Coordination
- Track and manage all incoming leads.
- Ensure every inquiry is assigned and followed up.
- Convert qualified inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain lead records and update customer interactions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, dispatch timelines, and order status.
Internal Team Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between management, warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and sales teams.
- Monitor daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with team members on pending activities.
- Escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Maintain clear visibility of ongoing business operations.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain reports for:
- Customer inquiries
- Open complaints
- Returns and replacements
- Lead conversion status
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams when required.
- Help streamline internal processes and improve customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, operations coordination, or office administration.
- Experience handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Experience working in e-commerce, retail, logistics, electronics, furniture, hardware, or similar industries is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking with customers across India.
Compensation & GrowthProbation Period
- First 2 months
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000-20,000 per month

Additional Expectations
- Must maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions.
- Should occasionally be available for urgent customer calls after office hours (up to 9:00 PM when required).
- Should take ownership rather than simply forwarding issues.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
