1- Take the briefing of Associate and Station team related process.
2- Open COD should close on Same day.
3- Ageing should clear before ETA.
4- Camera health check-up.
5- Remarks should ready before ETA for raise the dispute.
6- Recovery remarks should be ready before ETA.
7- TID level recovery details to be shared with Associate and Station team
8- ID should create for All station POC/DA to avoid any login id non-compliance.
9- TT should be raise for any like (tech issue, return label not print, MPOS issue, damage/empty packet and others) by the POC and keep follow till the closer to avoid any loss of the station.
10- Mail escalation should be close within the SLA.
11- Ensure all process should be follow by station team for avoiding any loss of AWAD.
12- Close all the SLP escalation mails from Amazon within the prescribed time line.
13. Closing all MDR cases within time line.
14. Surprise Cash audit need to be done on week on week.
15. If any theft or cash loss finding need to be prepared and shared with operation team
16- Do the audit of one station from your state day and share the update to SLP Manager. These are the points should be cover-up .
