Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting Diploma Course Trainer to handle training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer should be capable of delivering practical and industry-oriented accounting training with hands-on exposure to accounting concepts, taxation, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diploma-level accounting training sessions in online/offline mode.
- Train students in accounting fundamentals and practical accounting processes.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting software and GST procedures.
- Explain concepts related to bookkeeping, financial accounting, taxation, payroll, and banking.
- Guide students in practical assignments, case studies, and projects.
- Assess student performance and provide necessary feedback and support.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding schedules, attendance, and progress updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in accounting and finance concepts.
- Practical experience in:
- Tally Prime
- GST Filing
- MS Excel for Accounting
- Payroll Processing
- Financial Statements
- Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledge in Income Tax and basic auditing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle students professionally.
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in accounting training or accounting-related job roles preferred.
- Freelancers and working professionals can also apply.
- Practical industry experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA / ACCA or related qualifications.
- Certification or experience in Tally and GST preferred.
