About PebblePlay
PebblePlay is an education startup dedicated to making learning engaging, hands-on, and meaningful for children aged 0–14 years. Our offerings include early learning kits, robotics & STEM programs, workshops, and experiential learning activities designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and hands-on team member who is excited to grow with a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support
- Assist during robotics classes and workshops
- Prepare classroom materials before every session
- Help children during activities when required
- Ensure smooth execution of classes
Operations
- Make accounting entries in Vyapar
- Coordinate day-to-day operational follow-ups
- Maintain attendance and class records
- Track inventory and component availability
Learning Kit Preparation
- Prepare and pack learning kits
- Organize robotics components and materials
- Ensure kits are complete before dispatch or classes
Events & Camps
- Assist in setting up demo events, workshops, and camps
- Pack, transport, and organize materials
- Support the team during community events
General Administration
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain an organized workspace
- Support new initiatives as PebblePlay grows
Requirements
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Willing to work on weekends when classes or events are scheduled
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Two-wheeler preferred

Working Hours
- Full-Time
- Six-day work week
- Weekends are working days (classes and events)
- One weekday off
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, skills, and potential.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitefield, Karnataka
