We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, budgeting, and supporting project cost control from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Verify contractor bills and material quantities.
- Assist in procurement planning and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
