Key Responsibilities
- Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation Assembly
- Hardware Installation, Upgrades, and Troubleshooting
- Operating System Installation & Configuration (Windows)
- Printer Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
- Desktop & Laptop Diagnostics and Break-Fix Support
- Software Installation, Updates, and Basic Configuration
- Basic Networking Support (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, IP Configuration)
Desired Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Customer-focused approach with decent communication skills
