A Jeweler Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) builds long-term client loyalty, drives sales through personalized service, and manages after-sales support. Key duties include welcoming customers, handling inquiries via phone/social media, updating CRM databases with purchase history, and resolving complaints. They often conduct follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and provide personalized service for high-value or bridal clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain client databases, including preferences, purchase history, and special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries).
- Sales Support & Follow-ups: Coordinate with sales staff to assist in closing deals, handling inquiries, and conducting post-purchase follow-ups.
- After-Sales Service: Manage repair requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Operational Tasks: Track customer walk-ins, manage appointments, and support marketing activities or loyalty programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly jewellery or gold, is often required (1-3years).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing in-store and digital inquiries (WhatsApp/social media).
- CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software and database maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and professional appearance.
