Key Responsibilities
- Attend service requests at customer sites on time.
- Diagnose and rectify issues in modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, and other interior fittings.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware such as hinges, channels, locks, handles, and accessories.
- Carry out alignment, adjustments, touch-ups, and minor carpentry work.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and service schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship and complete service jobs within the committed timeline.
- Maintain proper service reports and obtain customer feedback after completion.
- Follow company safety and quality standards at customer sites.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in modular furniture installation or service.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture hardware and fittings.
- Ability to identify and resolve service issues independently.
- Basic communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Valid two-wheeler with driving license preferred.
