Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and trustworthy House Manager to provide day-to-day personal and administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating activities, handling confidential matters, and ensuring smooth routine operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar activities
· Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and Inventory
· Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
· Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
· Assist in household coordination and personal errands when required
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff members
· Monitor and organize routine administrative tasks
· Provide reminders and follow-ups on important activities
· Support in event planning and guest coordination
· Ensure smooth day-to-day personal and operational support
· Maintain proper inward and outward records of gifts received and distributed
· Manage event logistics including venue coordination, guest arrangements, catering, and decorations
· Assist in planning celebrations, meetings, and hospitality arrangements
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for event and household requirements
Requirements
· Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred
· Good communication and interpersonal skills (Language known Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati)
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
