The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the outlet by providing excellent customer service, preparing and packing food, handling billing and cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and following all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Food Preparation
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.Billing & Cashier Operations
- Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Operate the POS/billing system properly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
