Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to engage with potential participants, explain event offerings, and drive registrations for BeastDrive races.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain event details, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Guide participants through the registration and payment process
- Follow up consistently to close conversions
- Maintain lead database and track sales performance
- Handle queries and provide quick resolutions
- Work closely with marketing for lead generation and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp
- Prior inside sales experience preferred
