Job SummaryThe Administration / Operations / Business Growth Executive plays a critical role in managing administrative operations while supporting strategic business growth initiatives. This position works closely with senior leadership to ensure efficient coordination of operations, stakeholder communication, performance reporting, and client relationship management.The role serves as a key link between leadership, stakeholders, and business functions, ensuring operational excellence while contributing to revenue generation and expansion opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support (CEO, COO & Finance Directors)
Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
Manage executive calendars, priorities, and scheduling requirements.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and deliverables requested by directors.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by leadership.
Assist directors with operational tracking, communication, and task coordination.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Administrative & Online Operations
Manage day-to-day administrative activities in hybrid work environment.
Maintain organized digital records, files, and documentation systems.
Support operational workflow coordination across departments.
Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate communications with partners, clients, and operational teams.
Follow up on action items assigned by leadership.
Ensure timely updates and responses from stakeholders.
Meeting Management & Coordination
Schedule and organize virtual meetings (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
Prepare meeting agendas aligned with leadership priorities.
Record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and circulate summaries.
Track action points and ensure completion through regular follow-ups.
Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and institutions.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings.
Generate new leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Track business development progress and revenue pipelines.
Monitor operational efficiency and workflow processes.
Support strategic planning and implementation.
Operations & Administration
Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Track projects, tasks, and deadlines.
Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and communication.
Maintain databases of clients, tutors, partners, or suppliers.
Support founders with operational and administrative tasks.
Data Management & MS Reporting
Maintain operational and executive data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and updates.
Track project progress, financial updates (as directed), and operational activities.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of shared data and reports.
Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates to directors regarding ongoing tasks and operations.
Assist in preparing executive presentations and summaries.
Maintain professional communication across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
