About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to promote our roofing and building products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building relationships with dealers/contractors, and increasing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for roofing and building products.
- Visit dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and contractors to promote products.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
- Support sales teams in achieving business targets.
- Manage social media promotions and local marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or building materials industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and market development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
