Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Solar Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, field experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Solar panel mounting, wiring, and commissioning.
- DC and AC electrical connections.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of solar power plants.
- Conduct site inspections and system testing.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors.
- Prepare installation and maintenance reports.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Electrical Technician qualification preferred.
- Experience in solar installation and electrical work.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical safety.
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to travel for project execution.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,301.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
