To acquire, manage, and grow HoReCa customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, hospitals, and corporate cafeterias, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through field visits and references.
- Schedule product presentations and sampling sessions.
- Convert prospects into active customers.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Ensure regular customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and buying patterns.
- Build relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B managers, and store teams.
- Increase order frequency.
- Increase basket size.
- Cross-sell fruits, vegetables, exotics, herbs, and specialty products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues.
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Follow up on payments.
- Maintain credit discipline.
- Ensure customers remain within approved credit limits.
- Monitor competitor pricing.
- Track new hotel openings.
- Identify emerging HoReCa opportunities
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
