Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle client communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, editors, and vendors.
- Maintain calendars, follow up on pending tasks, and send reminders.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Organize files, contracts, and business records.
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
- Support day-to-day office administration.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding bookings and payments.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the wedding, photography, or creative industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or social media management is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
