Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to guide students and parents, provide career and academic counselling, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and persuasion abilities.
- Prior experience in counselling or admissions is preferred.
