Job Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor for civil and electrical project work in Silvassa. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers and contractors, monitoring work progress, and maintaining site records.
Candidates with practical experience in civil construction, electrical work, infrastructure, or project execution can apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Assign daily work and monitor manpower.
- Check work progress and report updates to the senior team.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and instructions.
- Check basic measurements, alignment, and quality of work.
- Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team.
- Maintain daily site reports and work records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow company safety and site procedures.
Eligibility
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in site supervision or project site work.
- Experience in Civil, Electrical, Construction, Infrastructure, or related projects.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements.
- Good manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working at project sites in Silvassa.
