Job Responsibilities
- Handle premium (VIP) customers with a professional approach.
- Provide excellent customer support and relationship management.
- Assist members throughout their matchmaking journey.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
- Matrimonial industry experience is the first preference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide quality service.
