We are looking for sharp, adaptable, and dynamic candidates to join us as Forward Deployed AI Interns to lead the on-site rollout, integration, and optimization of our AI healthcare systems across partner hospitals in Kochi.

Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Intern)

Duration
3 Months (Pathway to full-time employment based on performance)
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant technical/field experience
Role & Responsibilities
- On-Ground AI Deployment: Lead the hands-on installation, network configuration, and live rollout of AI-powered patient monitoring systems directly in hospital environments.
- Clinical Systems Integration: Interface between hospital biomedical devices, local network infrastructure, and our core AI platform to ensure reliable, real-time data streaming.
- Workflow Translation: Work directly alongside doctors, nursing staff, and hospital administrators to map clinical workflows and translate on-ground requirements into technical specifications.
- Field Debugging & Diagnostics: Conduct real-time telemetry testing, device onboarding, and root-cause troubleshooting for network, hardware, or software integration issues.
- Core Product Feedback Loop: Act as the direct bridge to our core engineering team, turning clinical feedback, edge-case failures, and usability pain points into actionable platform improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving fundamentals (networking, system configuration, hardware-software interfaces).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to work smoothly with clinical and administrative hospital staff.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, real-world field environments (ICUs, wards, and hospital IT centers).
- Foundational understanding of biomedical devices, health data telemetry, or AI-driven systems is a strong advantage.
