Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses such as Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Networking, Cloud Computing, etc.
- Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Explain course details including syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities
- Maintain student records and update admission data regularly
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for batch management
- Support student engagement and help improve retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT courses and career paths
- Experience in counselling or sales (education sector preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Strong convincing and presentation skills
- Ability to handle student queries confidently
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
