About the Role
We're looking for Hindi-speaking small business owners or professionals with business management experience to help evaluate and improve AI systems. You'll interact with AI chatbots, assess their responses, and provide feedback using real-world business scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic business-related prompts based on day-to-day business scenarios.
- Interact with AI chatbots to evaluate their responses.
- Review AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, usefulness, and relevance.
- Compare responses from multiple AI models and provide structured feedback.
- Submit evaluation reports and conversation transcripts.
- Work with business documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images as part of your evaluations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of business or small business management experience.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Fluent in Hindi (reading and writing).
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to commit to 40 hours/week.
