We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our global unsecured business finance team. This is a pure outbound lead generation role. Your single, focused mission is to identify small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) globally that need growth capital and convince them to request a loan/financing quotation from us.
You don’t need to underwrite the deals or manage long-term accounts—your success is measured entirely by the volume of qualified businesses you bring to the table who ask for a quote.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Find and target high-potential businesses globally (e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, exporters) using LinkedIn, business directories, and cold outreach.
- Lead Generation & Pitching: Conduct cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and social selling to introduce our unsecured financing solutions to business owners and CFOs.
- Drive Quotation Requests: Educate potential clients on how our unsecured financing works and persuade them to submit their basic financial data (or link their open banking/accounting systems) to generate a customized funding quotation.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify incoming queries quickly and hand off high-intent leads to our Senior Underwriting/Account Management teams once a quote request is initiated.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or tele-calling (B2B SaaS or fintech experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude).
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory since you will be dealing with business owners worldwide.
- Resilience & Hustle: A thick skin for cold outreach. You view "no" as just another step closer to a "yes."
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation software to track your pipeline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
